- spare mountain bike from thömus, in case of a technical problem with your own bike
- bike corner with books of routes, bike maps and a variety of bike magazines
- color printed maps of your selected bike tour

- daily bike information with beni (owner) at the front desk
- rent a gps garmin oregon 400 with surcharge
- internet corner with free w-lan in the entire hotel
because we are experienced bikers we know the importance of a balanced breakfast with fresh produce. we serve daily fresh bread from our local bakery. the cereal is homemade with fresh fruit. the yogurt, milk and cheese are also produce from grindelwald and at least one marmalade is homemade as well. you can prepare yourself a cup of tea with our fresh tealeaves, the peppermint is grown in our own garden and serve yourself a cup of coffee directly at the espresso machine. the NUTRIXXION energy drink is on the breakfast buffet, where you can mix your own drink. for every bike package we also give you NUTRIXXION energy bars which will give you the extra energy.
after a bike tour enjoy a well-deserved beer or our refreshing “biker drink” and we might talk you into a piece of pie or a muffin. combine it with relaxing music and a foot bath in our designated fountain on the sun deck. here you meet others that share their adventures and you can share yours. around that same time you’ll also find conny and beni, owners, sitting on the wooden bench in front of the hotel. make use of all the shared tips and the professional support and your next day will be phenomenal! assuming you’re too tired in the evening to go out we’ll serve spaghetti or other small dishes in our hotel lauberhorn. if you prefer a big menu or a good steak we are happy to give you our personal restaurant recommendation.
weather permitted we have our own grill party on the weekend. bbq and a get-together is what’s on the schedule. beni is in charge of the meat (variety of barbeque meat) and the ladies take care of the rest. we’ll serve potato gratin, a salad buffet, different sauces, and don’t forget we’re surrounded by the most beautiful mountain range as our backdrop.
