BREAKFAST
our delicious breakfast buffet with local fresh products for an optimal start into the day, is available from 07.30 to 10.00 a.m. breakfast is included in the price without exception and cannot be excluded – it is always charged whether consumed or not
our village bakery ringgenberg delivers the fresh bread early in the morning. the grindelwald alp cheese comes directly from the farm of rené almer. the yoghurt and milk is delivered by the dairy “eigermilch”. the birchermüesli is prepared daily with fresh fruit. the tea bar consists of open and fresh teas, with many herbs growing in our garden. for a fresh cup of coffee you can operate the coffee machine yourself and beni’s mama vreni spoils us again and again with homemade jam grandmother style
TEA BAR
in the afternoon, between 3 and 5pm, you can prepare yourself a cup of tea in the lauberhorn lounge
FOR THE SMALL HUNGER IN THE EVENING
on request we will serve you a homemade soup (choice depending on availability), which you can order by 6pm at the latest
dinner time is from 6.30 to 8pm
