OUTDOOR MARCH IN GRINDELWALD
The magic of winter has transformed Grindelwald into a white fairytale landscape. At this time of year, when the days are getting shorter, rougher and colder, many of us often spend our time at home in a cozy blanket. What a shame! But life in our “Home of Outdoor Activity” takes place outside.
March has given our guests many moments of happiness in recent years. March will likely have the best snow conditions of the whole winter, there aren’t many skiers on the slopes during the week, and the days get longer and warmer again. We like to save the best for last, and to prove this to you, we have launched our “Outdoor March” program. It was a huge success last year, so we decided to continue the program. We would like to convince you to take part in this program and offer you a very special and intimate insight into our region!
THE OUTDOOR MARCH AT HOTEL LAUBERHORN
program takes place between Monday and Friday, and the Hotel Lauberhorn outdoor team accompanies you 3 times a week to the winter adventure world of the Jungfrau region. Become part of the outdoor community and discover the Jungfrau region from the perspective of the locals, shedding your tourist status. This can be anything from a descent beside the official ski slope, a sledding adventure under the full moon, enjoying the ski area as an early bird, or showing off/analyzing your skills through a video recording taken by a Lauberhorn-pro. Let’s have fun! We also always adapt the program to the weather and the participants! If the weather gods aren’t so kind to us, we’ll take you onto an ice rink and play curling, go climbing/ bouldering or even do a little winter hike.
This offer is valid from March 6th to the end of March, for our hotel guests only. It lasts 2-5 hours depending on the program, and is FREE of charge.
You just need to have the right sports equipment and a ski pass, and we will be happy to help you with the organization in advance. Additionally, for any ski activities, we assume that you can ski responsibly and safely on a red-marked ski slope (intermediate slopes). The program is created and announced the day before the event, and you can register at the reception desk until 20:00 in the evening.
Are you in? Let’s do it and have some fun!
